Montefalco Grechetto DOC 2023

This wine is entirely produced with Grechetto grapes and has a straw yellow color.

Particularly fine on the nose with a bouquet that develops between hints of elderflower, broom, yellow pulp fruit: peach, mango; With a finish of aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme, sage. Its alternation between flavor and freshness is excellent.

Drunk as an aperitif, it can accompany cheeses.

Particularly suitable on tartare and meat carpaccio and combinations with truffles, both white and summer; or to combine with medium-structured first courses and main courses of meat. Also to be proposed in combination with shellfish.

Aging threshold: 2 - 4 years.

Alcohol content: 14%.
