Terms and conditions of use
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which he or a third party, other than the carrier and the one designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the last good.

of its decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the User to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from any choice of delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the User for the initial transaction, unless He has expressly agreed otherwise.
In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods at the seller or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, the items for which the Customization service is required cannot be returned. We will collect the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the User has communicated his withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if said User has returned the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by us. The User is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling of the same other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
For sales outside the Italian territory, the shipping costs for the return of the products are charged to the customer.
DELIVERY TIME: Veneranda is not responsible for any delays in deliveries due to customs controls or force majeure. Shipping costs are never free and if the system does not enter them they must be paid separately and vary depending on the country.
