Montefalco DOC Rosso 2021

This wine is the result of a perfect blend of three grape varieties: Sangiovese 65%, Merlot 10%, and autochthonous grape 25%. Aged 18 months in oak barrels and refined 4 months in the bottle.

Wine with an intense ruby color. The nose opens with a hint of red fruits, harmonized by the presence of autochthonous grape which completes the tones with sensations of wild strawberry and raspberry.

Wine with good structure and alcoholic strength, good freshness and flavor.

Harmonious and well balanced wine. Versatile in combination, important when paired with traditional first courses: homemade tagliatelle topped with goose sauce; particularly suitable for red meats or grilled lamb. Alcoholic content: 15%.

Aging potential: 10 years.
